Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final once shipped. An order can be cancelled by the customer until it has been shipped, and they will be issued a full refund. Customers who cancel custom orders will be charged a 15% fee. Bullet Bouquets reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if it deems these terms and conditions have been violated by the customer.
RETURNS
Customers may return merchandise for refund. If the product can be restocked upon receipt, the Bullet Bouquets will provide a full refund, minus return shipping cost. Custom orders will be refunded at the discretion of Bullet Bouquets. Click here to contact us for a refund.
